Hot Athletic Yoga
Students will get a good to rigorous workout while moving through yoga postures Vinyasa style. Students are encouraged to challenge themselves while practicing at their own pace.
Sun Salutation Class
Students learn and practice the 12 positions of the Sun Salute by repeating exercises and mindfulness of breath and movement. Perfect class for beginners.
Learn postures, breath awareness/control, relaxation, and meditation and have fun, in a warm, friendly atmosphere. Learn to develop your own private practice.
AfroGroove
Kris Freewoman teaches this one hour class that includes cardio, strength and flexibility! This is so much fun!!
