Tom Allen

Tom has been a resident of Santa Rosa since 1965, during which time he was voted the outstanding high school basketball of Santa Rosa in 1972. Tom went on to SRJC and Pacific University (Oregon) competing in sports and studying physical education and health. Tom continued athletics as a champion triathlete and recreational basketball player.

Tom has worked full time for 23 years as a bodyworker compiling 38,000 hours of massage experience. Tom’s background in sports, education, and integrative Yoga qualify him as an expert in health and fitness.

Laurie Allen

Laurie has lived in Santa Rosa since 1959. She grew up riding horses and roaming creeks. Physicality has always been an important and spiritual path for Laurie.

One of the biggest and most rewarding jobs Laurie has done is raise three incredibly cool kids. Laurie is an AFAA certified personal trainer, a Brown Belt in the Nia Technique, a certified teacher in the 5 stages of healing and a Master Massage practitioner.

Her motto is “Quit exercising, start Moving.” She is serious about having fun while getting in shape!

KRIS FREEWOMAN


Kris moved to Sonoma County from Iowa at age 19 seeking alternative healing modalities and discovered African Dance. For her it was the perfect combination of dance, athletics and singing, which were her passions throughout her life.

Kris has been teaching African Dance in health clubs since 1991. Her love and passion of African Dance led her to create an

instructor training program that was sold through Power Music Company to instructors in Japan, Europe, Canada and the USA.
